How to order:

To place an order, please visit our online store, select the item(s) that you wish to purchase, click on the “Add to cart” button. If you need to change or delete items in your order, use “Remove Item”, “Update Cart” or “Continue Shopping” options at Shopping Cart page at any time. You will find the Checkout button at the bottom of your Shopping Cart. Click on this button when you have completed your shopping.

You can choose one of 4 options:

• You can call us (212) 781-0707 and make payment via credit/debit card over the phone
Our business hours are: Monday – Friday 9.00 AM - 7.30 PM, Saturday 9.00 AM - 6.00 PM.

• You can send us your order via e-mail. Please provide your contact information and time when we can call you to complete the payment process.
After revising your order, click on the “Submit” button at the right and the e-mail order will be sent to us directly. Please do not provide your credit card information via e-mail.

• You can print the checkout page with your entire cart content and send us order via fax. Our fax number is: (212) 781-0717

• Also, you can send us your printed checkout page through mail along with your check or money order

Please double-check all your information during checkout.

Processing and Shipping.

Your order will be processed within 24 – 48 hours and delivered via UPS. We ship nationwide. Please contact us for details.

Thank you for the order you placed at, a division of Heights Pharmacy Inc. which is the name that will appear on your credit card statement.

Your credit card was not charged when you placed your order. We will add a shipping charge (if applicable) and send the charges through when we ship your package.

Most orders will ship on our next business day (Monday – Friday).
UPS or USPS will email the tracking number on the day your order ships.

If you did not print a copy of the order form before you clicked submit, the back button will take you to the order form so you can print one now.

If you close this window you should return to the website. Once you return to the website, if you click your back button the shopping cart will disappear from the right side of the screen.

You may have to click the back button in your browser window multiple times depending on how many items you had in your shopping cart.
